The CDC Academy is CDC's dedicated learning platform of adaptive, flexible and specialised data centre training.

It has been purposely designed to educate and empower our people to continue to deliver the technical excellence our customers need and expect for managing and protecting their most critical environments.

Making a measurable difference in our communities

Since its inception, CDC has been a proud supporter of community organisations, including social charities and sporting associations.

We are passionate about creating positive benefit in the communities in which we operate and we encourage our people to volunteer and support charities that are meaningful to them.

This includes specific leave days available to staff for volunteering purposes.

We currently support 14 local organisations and as our data centre footprint grows our support of local community organisations will also grow.
